Full house renovations

Whole-home renovations without the hassle of managing separate trades.

A full renovation usually means structural work, insulation, first-fix plumbing and electrics, plastering, flooring, a new kitchen and bathroom, and decorating throughout - all needing to happen in the right order, on a site that stays safe and reasonably tidy while you're still living nearby or waiting to move back in.

We project-manage the whole sequence, from loft conversions and room reconfigurations through to insulation upgrades and complete internal strip-outs. That means one point of contact for the whole job, rather than you coordinating a builder, electrician, plumber, plasterer and decorator separately and hoping their schedules line up.

We work across Hull, Hessle, Beverley, Cottingham and Anlaby on everything from single-room conversions to full top-to-bottom renovations of period terraces and family homes.

What's included

  • Structural alterations and building regulations sign-off
  • Insulation upgrades and first-fix plumbing and electrics
  • Plastering throughout

Full house renovation FAQs

Common questions about full renovations.

Can I stay in the house during a full renovation?

It depends on the scope. A single-room renovation is usually manageable while you stay in the property, but a top-to-bottom renovation involving structural work, rewiring and re-plastering throughout is easier to manage from outside the property while the main work is carried out.

Do I need an architect or structural engineer?

Only if the work involves structural changes, such as removing a load-bearing wall or a loft conversion. We can advise whether your project needs one as part of the initial consultation.
