Electrical
First and second fix electrics, consumer unit upgrades and lighting, carried out to current wiring regulations.
Electrical
Electrical work sits behind almost every other trade on a renovation - sockets and switches for a kitchen fit, an extractor fan and shaver point for a bathroom, lighting circuits for a loft conversion, or a full rewire and consumer unit upgrade on an older property. We carry out first-fix electrics before plastering and second-fix once decorating is complete, testing and certifying the finished installation.
Consumer unit upgrades are common in older East Yorkshire housing stock still running on outdated fuse boards - we replace these with modern, RCD-protected consumer units for better protection against electrical faults. We also carry out general rewiring, additional socket and lighting circuits, and electrics for kitchen and bathroom installs.
All electrical work is carried out to current UK wiring regulations, with appropriate testing and certification for the work completed.
